Playing in the Dirt!

Kaylee got to go out to the desert and camp in her Grandpa Will's trailer to watch her Daddy race with Uncle Trav. Unfortunately, they did not get to race, but hopefully they will next time! She did however, have fun playing in the dirt and Grandpa Will gave her, her very own fold out chair to sit on. Even cooler was when Uncle Travis let her sit on a quad the was built for her size. She got to see her friend Makenna while out in the desert and had fun playing with her and sharing toys. Kaylee is looking forward to camping again out in the desert and watching her Daddy race!

Happy Birthday Mommy!

Somewhere between Kaylee's Birthday, Clarissa's Birthday and Mother's Day is Kaylee's mommy's Birthday. So many Birthdays in just one week and so much to celebrate! Kaylee and her mommy are so blessed to have found a group of mom's and their babes out in Simi. They treated Kaylee's mommy to lunch for her Birthday and afterwards the girls got to play at the outdoor playground at the mall. The girls love to play at the mall's outdoor playground and Kaylee especially loves to crawl through the tunnels. :)

Clarissa' 1st Birthday!

Happy 1st Birthday Clarissa! Kaylee was so excited to go to Clarissa's 1st B-Day because it was only a week after hers. Two parties in one week and it will be that way forever! Who could ask for anymore fun than that? Clarissa's party was super cool because they had a bounce house and an Animal Show. Kaylee was enthralled by the tortoise and had fun watching all of the cute and shall we say interesting animals that Uncle Kendall shared with the group.

Kaylee's First Trip to Disneyland!

Kaylee loves Disneyland! Her best friend, Clarissa introduced her to the Happiest Place on Earth being that she had already been 5 times since she was born. The girls had so much fun going on Dumbo, the carousel, etc... However, may it be noted that Kaylee's favorites were her first ride, "It's a Small World" and the Tiki Room. She would vocalize and then point to each of the birdies in the room She can't wait to go back and is super excited because she found out that her mommy now has a season pass thanks to her Uncle Rob and Aunt Kat! Thanks you guys!!

Busy Birthday Weekend!

Kaylee had a very busy Birthday weekend. After celebrating her turning one on Saturday, we packed up and headed to Primm, NV to support Grandpa Will as he helped his dirt bike club put on their annual Grand Prix. Kaylee had so much fun as she got to experience her first tram ride and stay in her first casino. Her mommy and her got to share a piece of Birthday cake while out for brunch. She had a blast hanging out with her Grandparents and felt especially big because she was 1 year old on this trip!

Happy 1st Birthday to Princess Kaylee!

Kaylee had a terrific 1st Birthday and a whole new world of chocolate and cake are in her life now! She loved her very own cake! Can't believe she is already 1! Time flies by especially when you are watching a cutie pie grow and change everyday. It was a nice party in the park and she was spoiled like always with lots of gifts! She enjoyed having all of her friends at her party and was so exhausted by the end that she fell asleep in her Karema's arms! It was a perfect party for a perfect little princess named Kaylee Jean!

Puppet Show

Kaylee got to go to her first puppet show. She had so much fun watching the puppets and listening to the music. She kept telling them to come hither with her hands. They gave all of the kiddos their own puppet which Kaylee is showing off in the photo! It is pretty cool to see the joy in your child's eyes in the most simply pleasures of life.

Emma's 4th Birthday!

Birthdays, birthdays and more birthdays! Kaylee was invited to her friend, Leila's older sister, Emma's fourth birthday party! Kaylee really enjoyed along with her mommy getting to see what it will be like to celebrate a birthday when you are a little older. So much fun and what was even cuter was that the theme was Care Bears! Can't believe they are still around and probably will be just as popular when Kaylee is four too. :)

Beach Fun!

Kaylee is sooo lucky, it is not even summer yet and she has already been to the beach twice in the last month. Got to love So. Cal! The first time was for the day when she got to go visit her friend Leila and her family while they camped at Carpinteria. The next time was with her friend, Clarissa and her mommy and daddy when we got to go up to Ventura beach and hang out in the sand. They both loved it and can't wait to go back!
